Deal Structure: Signature of NDA to access data room and identify the best financial partner to pursue the opportunity.

Mandate: Submission of documents with economic proposal, including a retainer fee and success fee structure.

Start Project: Shared evaluation of the opportunity's feasibility with my partner. LOI term sheet is negotiated directly with the financial partner.
